Overview

A well-established law firm located approximately 15 miles outside of Tulsa is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. This in-office role offers complex and engaging work, competitive compensation, and significant bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Represent owners, contractors, subcontractors, and developers
• Work closely with clients, experts, and internal legal teams
• Provide strategic legal analysis and manage cases independently

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of construction litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar (or ability to obtain)
• Strong litigation, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with construction defects, contract disputes, delay claims, or related matters preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
