About the Role &Program:
Welcome to DTC Finance! We are a dynamic team of FP&A professionals at the heart of Disney Entertainment’s Direct-to-Consumer business (Disney+, Hulu, Hulu Live), overseeing the consolidation of financial forecasts and KPIs. We support executives across Corporate and DTC by distilling complex business drivers into meaningful analysis and making recommendations to optimize both Operating Income and operational metrics. This opportunity is a full-time, three-month position in the New York, NY area.
What You Will Do:
P&L planning , budget, Variance, quarter, trend and acquisition analysis
Financial Planning & Analysis ( FP&A), project modeling and variance analysis
E valuating new or existing business opportunities, researching industry/external trends and evaluating their potential impact
L ong-term Strategic Planning & Consolidation
Ad hoc requests and reporting for your team and Senior Executives
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset combined with ability to work independently
A bility to structure projects and handle ambiguous data
Strong written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Data analytics mindset with experience using d ata visualization (i.e. T ableau ) and business i ntelligence t ools
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or coursework in Finance , A ccounting, Economics, Business , or related area
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Must be available to work full time hours approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
Additional Information:
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during traditional business hours for the duration of the internship - May/June - August 2026
Able to provide own housing and trans portation in the New York, NY area
